Default Two players play online through one 360?

Hello,
I'm trying to decide wether to get COD2 of PD0 at launch. One of the things that intrigues me about PD0 is the co-op play and online features. I know that two people can play co-op together on the same 360 or online. I was wondering if two people could play online (split screen) together?

Uhm, what would be the point if you're both sitting next to each other to be playing co-op online? Do you men, "is there a regular co-op version aside from the online version"?

Otherwise, if your question "is can 2 people play online at home- but not co-op", then yes, you can. That would be multiplayer.

Thanks. I guess I didn't word my question properly, but you answered it.

Curious if you're saying what I think you're saying.

Perhaps my roommate & I want to play a deathmatch on XBoxLive. Would we both be able to play on one 360. Our game would be a split screen, while the others in the game would be on their home systems, etc.

Would you need multiple XBox Live accounts?

If you can do that it'd be pretty sweet.

I don't think so. The other person could always be a guest.

i think its like the same as the old xbox, me and my bro use the same Tv, but use different accounts. It depends on the game.

Right, I would imagine that PDzero would be like Halo 2 where you can have up to 3 guests with the screen split 4 ways. I'll be able to confirm this in about 6 days.
