I like the whole visual concept of the game, it's really unique.

Plus, the story sounds pretty awesome, and the gameplay looks great.

This is one of my most anticipated 360 games.

Nice... But what happens if this in fact is the real time graphics?

It could be only CGI, or really really good concept art. But I dunno, I've seen those Oblivion screenshots, even though they are a bit old now (Pre-final developing kits).
