I just think that M$ will continue to bring prices into the equation for everything, and unfortunately could even raise them. The GHII situation, which thankfully I was not a part of, is what i'm talking about. It seems things that should be given cheaper, for being a Gold member, or even reasonably considering the amount of gamers buying to one update = $$$.

I heard a rumor that Epic was going to release these new maps for free, and M$ convened and said they wanted a price tag on them. Corporations are in the business of making money, of course they want price tags on them. If you put your foot down, and disagree... in great numbers M$ will have to listen. If you start holding onto your money... they will have to try and work harder to get it.

your right about epic releasing them for free, but that won't be until September 25th. there doing it then to try and counter halo 3's release. Obviously it wont be enough, but it should be enough to keep some of the fans on gears until the halo 3 hyp rns out (which it will very quickly)

plus, not only that, but i also heard a rumor that thy are making 2 MORE maps as we speak, along with 1 OR 2 NEW WEAPONS!!! obviously, the weapons will be updates for the game, because if some people dont have the download, they wouldnt be able to play. they would see you holding and shooting nothing, then they die. The maps, on the other hand, probably will be sold on the marketplace.
