hmmm, after reading this thread it makes me think i should go and get GOW again.

But there was a reason why i traded it in to begin with... probably cos i sucked!

GOW doesn't suck. It's a good game. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean it sucks.

I never said I liked it, I'm just stating I don't think the game sucks. Games like (just from the top of my head) Eragon suck. Gears Of War doesn't. The graphics are amazing, gameplay's ok. The Co-op's pretty fun. Now the multiplayer is kind of cheap but it's fun when you play with friends.

GoW doesn't suck for the millionth time. The graphics are still up to par with this year's games, the single player is short but fun, the multiplayer is fun and lasting, and Epic continues to update it with new patches, maps and achievements.

Exactly Gears has been patched at least 6 times. Epic cares and fixes issues even balancing issues. the downloadable content is great. I like to see how many other companies ie EA patch their games, umm 0 from memory.

i played this a bit last night. got up to the part that you have to stay in the shadows.
it does look nice, even now. but i just don't like the gameplay; never got sucked into the game.
i still like a lot more then halo3.

Co-Op is waaay more fun than single player. You should give it a shot.

co op is pretty good, as long as you aren't playing with someone who dies more then you, and you constantly have to restart at the check points.

Or the ones that don't pick you up when you're down because they want to take the entire Locust on by themselves, and end up ezpk'd!

Disagree, I've been trying to get a acheivement Dominator and there were games going, thats for sure.

I think you just have to ask someone as well. Try joining a ranked match, and ask if anyone wants to play coop then if they say yes, hook em up with a friends request and your away.

i just really hate active reloads in all weapons sniper rifles most of all i just doesnt suit the online play the unfair way it gives some players more damage in the bullets then some other players

How is it unfair? The other players have it too. If one single person had the capability of AR, and the others didn't, that would be unfair. AR is perfectly fair.

The Host Advantage was just too much to hand at times. My skills were centered around Supporting fire with a Lancer. Chainsaws, Grenades, Boomshots. I was hopeless with shotguns/snipers.

Yeah, you could hardly win with the slightest sign of lag. The host was just always crazy...
