Posts: 653  | OMG!!!! I have the biggest *Something* right now, sorry, but I do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is what MS needs for 2008, a killer title and around the Thanksgiving season. This is what MS needed to counter the PS3's line up (although still not really official). With a Tier 1 game like GOW2, were in for some amazing stuff. I love the trailer. A few things I noticed. Dom said to Marcus, if something happens, find Maria. This is alluding to before GOW1, as in GOW1, the stranded say to Dom, yo!, you found your lady yet? Also, voices that sound like MArcus father were also evident. Again, alluding to a prequel. Amazon.com has listed a book, GOW, the Pendulam Wars at Aspho fields as coming out in October. I have a strong feeling the game will be based on this part of the story. Also, looks like a new move will be in the game, a reverse chainsaw. In the clip, marcus flips his weapon over, and slams the chainsaw into the locusts back and saws upward. This would rock in the game, sneak up to a enemy and perform this chainsaw move, rather than the top to bottom slice. Very nice. I am again, still *very excited*! Boost

Posts: 2,590  | The teaser is cool and the game will probably look awesome. Unfortunately, I doubt the gameplay will improve at all... I am not looking forward to this piece of trash at all. I will only rent it to catch up on the good storyline.

Personally I think the story will be better for the single player mode, but honestly, after we've played thru it, we will all be in Online mode for many many months to come. Posts: 2,576 | I liked the story. It wasn't as good as CoD4 or Halo3 obviously, but it wasn't bad. I want to see a vid with some actual gameplay!!!! Now that it is confirmed for November '08 I am even more anxious for it!
