He doesn't fully rule out the possibility, but November isn't that far away. Plus I would much rather see this date stay and not be delayed for a 5 minute demo.

It kind of sucks that there is not going to be a demo. I like how I can try it before i go and blow $60 on a game I might not even like! I knwo, it sounds so cool but you can never be sure until you play it. | |

It really no suprise to me. It would kill the hype of the game. Demo's are going to be used for games with not very much hype, such as ninty nine night and Saints Row, which I think is a good thing b/c otherwise I would never try them out. Now that I have tried those two games, I will be getting Saints Row and maybe Ninty nine nights with price drop.
I garantee you high profile games such as Gears of War, Halo 3, Forza 2, Fable 2 more than likely won't have demos.

I highly doubt Halo 3 will have a demo also. They don't want to ruin the hype surrounding the game by spoiling the game.

I am sure none of you won't buy halo 3 just because there is not a demo for it before it is released so this is not really a big deal I am sure GOW will be great game as I been following the development of it closely. And epic is known for making high quality games.
