It's possible if you start towing barges out into international waters and just welding them together..... then as it grows you ass more flotation underneath and around... and build cities on top... byt the time the population hits half a million we can declare as a nation. But actually I think the better plan would be to steal the mothership beign held by Tom Cruise and use it to colonize a new planet.

nice idea Elder i will keep that in mind as i look for some free hold land.
up to date i have found one or two plots but none that you could say were large enough to start my new nation on ,maybe you guy's can help me out.
remember when i do get it started my tax rate will only be 2 pence in the pound and i plan to have the lowest vat rates in the whole of Europe.

why would you even have VAT taxes? its one of the worst tax systems in history. If you must tax, just use a general consumption tax like the fair tax which is something like the VAT, but much more honest in what it does.
