Posts: 3,263 | I wouldn't worry. Just like when a brand new car model is introduced, the early adopters sometimes get burned, and the subsequent model years get it right. An 360 you buy new should be good, but if there is a problem, you're protected by a 3 year warranty. Think about it...how many electronic goodies have you bought in your life that had a parts, labor and shipping warranty beyond 90 days? Very few I'm sure.
