I witnessed an employee theft at 7-Eleven and reported them.

I was in a taco bell drive through and saw 2 chicks coming off their shift at 7-Eleven across the street, they were looking around suspiciously as their ride pulled up and parked at the side of the building really close to the dumpster and it's fenced in encosure. One gets into the car but the other starts whipping her head around looking everywhere at once, she walks back and ducks behind the dumpster and comes up carrying a big box which i can see is 24 pack Corona Box (bottled beer) which she is visibly struggling to carry the 8 feet to their car. She tucked it into the back seat and jumps into the car and they drove off.

Is this Stealng or what? I immediatly thought it was because it looked like it and I can easily imagine them tossing a 24 pack pox of Corona beer onto the trash bin and taking it outside to the dumpster where they stash it until after their shift when they quickly pick up the loot and take off.

I'm offended by stealing because I have to pay for anything I want so I reported this to 7-Eleven in hopes of them betting busted and also in the hopes of a reward for stopping employee theft... some companies offer a reward for this kind of thing and I would be happy to testify and accept my reward.

Is stealing from your place of work crazy or what?

Whatever happened to doing a good deed. Why do you need a reward to do something. If they give you a reward just refuse it. Thats the problem with the world today. Everyone wants something for doing something.

I am also offended with stealing and think it sucks that people get away with it. Especially them stealing something that I have to pay for like 360 games. But here at work the most you can steal would be post it or pens. Who wants that.

Wow this is a ghey thread. I have seen some ghey treads in my day but the gheyness level of this one in particular defies the NGS or the "NA Gheyness Scale". Before this gheyness spreads to other threads I propose it be closed. Just a thought.

When I worked at Sports World, practically everyone stole something. But then, we were treated like ****, paid next to nothing, and it was a really wank job.

i expect an idiot's remark from shane. Elder, good job on reporting it, but dont expect a reward. Any slimey bastard that steals from their work deserves to be jobless. Someone has to pay for what employees steal, and its generally the manager. If you dont like your job go get an education and get a better one. Dont take it out on ur job because u made bad choices with your life.

The study goes:
12% of peeps will always steal from work
12% of peeps would never steal from work
76% of peeps would steal if the opportunity was right and the need was high.

im part of the 12% that wouldnt steal from work, obviously shane is from the 12% that would. Which also explains his shystie world views as well. No moral standards.

Don't lump me in. I agreed its a 'ghay' pointless thread. Should I start a thread about all the deer I dodge on my way to work, or some other inane topic that no one else cares about? Reporting it is the right thing to do. I'd do the same thing, but a reward would never cross my mind, and I sure as hell wouldn't create a thread about.

good job mate i work in retail and see people steal and i think there just skumy low lifes who cant afford ****, but i dont think an award is a must u did the right thing and remember what goes around comes around
