People who talk on there cell phone while pushing a shopping cart(trolley for our UK friends). They are almost as bad as when they are talking when driving. I got hit countless times by people on cell phones in the supermarket.

ah yes, the cell phone driver. aren't they making it illegal to do to yap on your cell while driving? i sit at that damn round about, and, literally, about 1 in 4 cars ISN'T on a cell. People can't driver through that thing anyway, but they must like the challenge.

Alot of states are starting to ban talking while driving. I know what you're talking about when employees call in sick all the damn time...pisses me off too.

And my pet peeve. Stupid as customers that you have to explain something to about a million times before the fricking dim light in their head kicks on.

Driving while using a mobile over here is now illegal you can get fined anywhere between 3 points on your licence and a £60 - £1000 fine.

Actually it can go up to 12 points (total ban for up 36 months) plus a suspended jail term if the officier on duty deems it to be SERIOUS. They can do you for driving without due care/attention which carries 3 points and £200 minimum fine. The officer can also deem it to be Dangerous driving without due care/attention which carries a bigger fine plus 6 points. They can also go one step further and charge you with endangerment of the public especially if your driving past a school or on a roundabout. That carries the jail term, community service and a court judged fine. There are so many different scenarios. For example, if you were driving a car with an un-laiden weight of more than 1.5 tonnes, with a manual gearbox, whilst on a roundabout - an officer can charge you with Endangerment to the public which carries the most hefty penelty. At the end of the day it all depends on how the officer interprets the situation and it's his/her call.

When people scrap the ****ing bowl with their spoon constantly whilst eating. Just today my mom was doing it and after hearing it for too long I threw my controller and made a big hole in my closet door.
