For now .... 300 Million in the first 7 days? Yeah, any motion picture company would be stupid to invest in a Halo movie. It's just NOT profitable.

You gotta be kidding me a Halo franchise ( do three movies) would make mega coin for the movie company look at lord of the rings how many people had read the book before hand maybe 20 25 % the rest where CGI junkies looking for huge battle seines .

May be do it in the style of 300 again a Frank Miller adaptation from the graphic novel.

Frank would do a great script and Del Torro for direction **** i would go watch it then buy the DVD.
