Why should I buy X360?

im still having fun with Xbox and its great titles, and recently got Slim PS2, having some fun with those, God of War...

is it really worth buying at launch, the launch titles aren;t that great either
PDZ and DOA4 is the only ones i like

give me some reason on why i should choose this over the competion, and dont say cause it has Halo, and Faceplates

why in the world would u be playing thows old games and be a noob when u can be playing PDZ cll of duty 2 doa4 and **** load of other good games u are dum if u dont get it at launch plus if u wait u will be waiting a long time

What did you skip English class too many times? Learn to structure your sentences. I don't want to get it at launch because of the crappy launch games, and I don't want to waste my money on something that might be inferior to Revo or PS3. At least you didn't say Halo or faceplates.

Hypno lets not just flame.

Personaly I like the 360 over the competetion because I know the xbox blew everyone out of the water with Live!. I think they will expand on that and make it better for the 360.

Also I think the PS3 is going to cost even more than the 360. I don't need more loans.

Plus if i wanted to play with a boomerang I would go visit Matt.

I'm not even going to bother trying to convince you to buy a 360, from what you've said in this thread I think you've already made up your mind and won't be buying a 360 at launch. To be honest if you think PDZ and DOA4 are the only decent games on the 360 at launch then I would pass and get yourself a PS3 or the Revolution.

screw it if you dont like then dont buy it, but ill tell you one thing when it comes out and you now realize you dont have the best system or the best games out, and is gonna blow every other system out the water, your gonna kick yourself in the *** for not preordering it, trust me it has happened to me. But if not then its still OK, another spot for a person to pre order his xbox 360

Back to the subject… It’s really your choice if you will buy the Xbox 360 and shouldn’t be asking for reasons, but if you choose not to, enjoy playing you slim line ps2 for a year and a half before the PS3 comes out.

I am getting a 360
1, For my friends on live
2, It has a lot of games I want
3, As a gamer i like to widen my platforms to game one.
4, I enjoy games

You should buy it because you want to?! Because your a fan of Xbox?!

If you need justification/persuasion from a group of people on a messageboard as to why you should buy something then you obviously either lack the ability to make ANY choices yourself or you just aren't really that into the product and are better off NOT buying it and waiting for a product your 100% sure of.

Yeah its Australia. But I don't know anyone from there. So... It was as close as I can get. I'm sure if I actually went to New Zealand I would also visit Australia too.

When the Xbox launched, it was worth it to buy the console because of Halo and DOA3 (and maybe a few others). These were excellent launch games. For Xbox 360, PDZ, GR3 et al. are also excellent titles for launch. Shortly thereafter ES:Obliv. will come out. I would venture to say that of all console launches, this coming Holiday season will have the most impressive line-up of launch titles that we have ever seen.

If you feel these do not merit the expense of buying a new console just yet, then wait a few months. The prices will drop, and you can decide at that point if you should by one or not. If you are still trying to decide between Xbox 360 and PS3, I can tell you which one will get you more bang for your buck, or better yet, do some research for yourself and tell us what you think.

As you have already got an XBox and enjoy the games, if you can afford it, buy the Premium XBox 360. That way, you can still play your old XBox games, as well as the new XBox 360 ones. The, when the PS3 comes out, get one of those too, along with a Revolution!

In my experience with posts like this, either the person is just goofing around, or, they really want one, but because of the expense they seek further justification from others. Asking people on an XBox 360 forum is rather pointless, becuase we are naturally going to be biased, as are people on other forums for PS3 etc.

Make up your own mind, and be happy with the decision.

I totally agree... Do as you like. Sometimes a decision ends up making you happy, and sometimes you wanna bite your head off for making the wrong one... But that's life... We're not going to decide for you.

The only one that should convince you to buy a 360 is you.

Look at the game if you like what you see Buy but if you not sure hold out a while.
If you don't like what you see don't buy.

Their is very little now comming to ps2 for me to keep my intrest in my opininan the ps2 has had it's day.
