If by any chance your Xbox needs to be serviced, your Xbox will be required to be registered. If you haven't registered your console, please have your Xbox serial number ready (it is located on a silver sticker on the underside of your Xbox), and this ticket number 198128016 for reference.

Note: Ensure that there is no disc on the disc tray and you have turned off your console before you acquire its serial number.

As an alternative, you may register your console online before contacting phone support. For online registration, please go to www.xbox.com/register. Note that you will need to sign-in using a .NET Passport account before you can access the console registration page.
