Best xbox360 live game

In your opinion whats the best xbox360 live game? excluding call of duty2

I'd have to say splinter cell DA. But it sucks because you always run into those people who quit if they are losing, or the host drops the session. I always manage to team up with the over excited guy, who yells at you if you are going "his way". But when you do find a group of guys who are just having fun, and BS a lot, then its a good time. But the freakin stars have to align for that to happen. Im trying to lean more towards single player games for most of the above reasons.
