Gears achievement

I'm trying to get the 10,000 kill achievement for Gears of War. If I'm playing a round and 3 or 4 people quit, does anyone know if the kills I get still count towards the achievement?

Yes, it counts, regardless of how many people that quit you get the kills/points that you earned/gained.

Once 2 people quit from 1 side I.E. anytime there is on 2 people on 1 side from that point forward the game is considered un-ranked and anymore kills you get do not tally on the leaderboards

That kinda sucks... But it makes sense. I suppose that's what the preferred system is for though.
