I've been wrestling with Microsoft support for the past month trying to get someone on xbox live support to admit that some of their Market place TV down loadable content is corrupted, and to get them to fix it
Specifically I'm talking about NCIS, Season 3 Epp 14 and Epp 17. On 14; the video and audio is out of sync, the playback slows down after a few seconds, and speeds back up. {and keeps this up for as long as I've been able to watch it} On 17, the video will play through until the last 10 minutes or so and then freezes, and the after 15-20 seconds, closes out and flips back to the blade interface, and lists the video as if its never been played. {it does this every time}. I have down loaded Epp 14, 5 times, and Epp 17 twice. {after first removing them completely from my hard drive} and they are both broken in exactly the same place every time ={
I've had to call Xbox live 3 times, over the past month and I have an open ticket with them. Evey time I get the same questions, and the same responses, down load it again.. {like the first 5 times weren't enough wtf !}
{the other 19 Episodes of this series that I've down loaded, and the other million or so things I've downloaded from XBOX live all work fine !!}
Is anyone else having these problems ?
