While I would be the first one to pre-order COD4, I don't think that is it. After reading the comments I went to GameTrailers.com and looked up "Alliance: The Silent War". The "User Video" posted for it is the same one you linked. Doesn't necessarily make it true however.

Whatever game it is, it looks good.

I saw this a couple months ago. It looks decent, but I'm pretty sure it's not COD4. There is certain things I see in the video that just don't look "COD-ish", however there are some things that do too.

I don't think that cod4 either. I would love to see a game set in vietnam other then pc battlefield vietnam.

I'll agree with my fellow commentators as well as Recon's opinion on a Vietnam console game. Heck, I'd even go for some Falkland war action and Grenada too. Maybe a little Nicaragua conflict too. Small scale conflicts with definitive outcomes. I bet a Columbia Drug war game would be good.

Yep...that looks alot like COD-ish... but I think it is a mix between COD and BF...I would get it though...

i am so tired of WW2 shooters!! DIE DIE DIE... how many freakin shooters set in WW2 can you ahve?!?!?@?@??!

howabout.. call of duty, coast guard edition.. for some reason that seems more enticing to me than another ww2 shooter.

There was a trailer for COD4: Modern Warfare during the NFL Draft. It looks good.... You can find it on gamespot if you want to see it.

It was pretty sweet actually (the COD4 trailer). I'm excited for it. I just hope the SP missions aren't so f***ing linear and full of scripted events. Plus the fact that none of the environments were ever interactive in previous iterations. I expect in next-gen games that if I shoot a chair or lamp for it to fall over (at least) and COD2/3 didn't have little things like that. I'm ranting, but **** like that is what adds to the realism.
