Posts: 371   |  Welcome. I assume you're referring to Irena in the control room of the dam. If so, then fight off the terrorists as you see her on the other side of the room. fire a few shots at her and she will retreat. After clearing the room, follow her. There is a door marked with an exit sign ant the back of the upstairs room she was in. She is trapped on the other side because the elevator is disabled....stack your team on the door, enter with a flashbang and take care of business. Hope this helps.
