Posts: 73 | JUST GOT MLB2k7 (BEST BASEBALL GAME EVER!) The graphics seem even better than the demo! The calls are spot on making me feel like I'm watching an ESPN cast. The game play is solid and the frachise stuff is deep. FINALLY a great baseball game. If I see anything less that 9.0 from any review mags it would be a crime. I will put this up as best sports game of the year! Awesome job!
ps Dodger stadium is exact! |

Posts: 841 | Cool, thanks for the update. I have been thinking about getting a different sports game. Not everyone likes football all the time. Baseball might be the trick. And I do like 2K. Take care~

Posts: 28 | Is it possible for 2 people over live play a complete seasons as 2 different teams?
Or is there some Tournament mode that would simulate the same?
Really would like to find a great Baseball game, but would be a lot more fun if my buddy and I can play a season together. We use to swap memory cards.
Seems to be a cool game besides.

Posts: 2,344 | Why the fuc* would you get a baseball game??? It's much more fun to take a frigin bat, ball and a mitt and go play in your backyard with your friend. Honestly, i don't see the point of these sports games when you can just go and play them outside in a second...

Posts: 849 | well i dunno about you but its anywhere from -20 to -50 here over the winter and we have just received about 10 feet of snow so good luck on playing it outside ! The main reason i like sports game is for multiplayer. Be it against a buddy next to you on live, i just think the competition is great. Sure shooting people over and over is fun but to me theres not much variation between games of that genre.

Posts: 59 | I picked up MLB 2K7 on Tuesday as well, and wow....what a great game. I had to really play with the slider settings a bit to get rid of HR after HR, and after a bit of tweaking it, it is really starting to shine. Good job 2k Sports.....can't wait to see what you can do when EA's NFL deal runs out. |

| You don't even have to wait that long. They are making one as we speak... Besides, I don't think EA will ever let that thing go. Madden is the #1 selling game. But I am looking forward to an alternative with this new 2K one. Good times~

Posts: 73 | The reason why sports games are cool is because they won't let me on the field at dodger stadium. THis game makes you feel like your in the action not just throwing a ball. Go back to gears of war and watch everyone play online. |

If it's half as good as NFL 2K5 was, I'll be happy. |

Posts: 1,982 | It's a great game but with flaws. The game does require the tweaking of sliders, which really shouldn't be needed but the possibility to do so makes up for it. The hitting system is a bit lackluster as predicting the exact path and movement of a thrown ball can be a tough task at times. However practice makes perfect and it starts to ease up.
The CPU fielding is a joke though. Seriously. You got a big blast heading for the bleachers? Is it in the slightest bit, close to the wall? Well then boys and girls, expect to it be robbed everytime, with or without Jim Edmonds. The sliders help to stop this, but it still happens from time to time. Now one thing that pisses me off is that the CPU seems to make Willie Mays-like catches like it's a day at the park (pun not intended). Ugh.
Still it's a great game though. Amazing visuals, fantastic presentation, good commentary, great animations, life-like faces, the list goes on. The good outweighs the bad for MLB 2k7. Hopefully next year there won't be any bad at all. |

When 2k makes a new NFL game I will weep like a girl because the painful waiting will be over. I want to experience the next-gen amazingness that 2k could bring to the greatness that NFL 2k5 already had. |

Posts: 74 | I got it, The graphics are really good and the gameplay is great.
The only problems with the game is way to many homers and sonetimes the baserunning is a little weird but other than that it's a really good game.

with a video game however you can play any time, by yourself |

Posts: 24 | I am strongly considering buying this game, I had 2k6 and enjoyed it but there were obvious issues. Deciding whether to grab it or wait for MLB 07 on PS3, yet I think this being its second next gen go around, would be somewhat better....but good input! |
