Too Many Glitches

I am tired of all the glitches going on in gears multiplayer,I mean its like u cant play a match without sum a-hole doing glitches every round..its cool to learn em..and all but damn you dont have to use it every single game...and wuts up with epic...they say that they are always fixing something and having updates ...ohhh wut exactly are the fine people at epic fixing lets see...could it be the glitches...hhmmm NO...could it be the improved ranked matchmaking so we dont have to sit in a room for 30minutes..hhmmm...NO...maybe its new maps and guns...hhmmm maybe...but ill take improved ranked matchmaking and deletion of all glitches over new maps anyday...anybody feel the same....????

yeah i used to plays gears alot on live and i quit around the time the glitches got popular because it got ridiculous to play. Other things that bothered me were the "host advantage" and playing ranked matches wiht people who were eighter four time better than me or wiht people who could not aim the shotgun to save their lives making it no fun for me when ive got all these people who dont know how to play on my team. I would def start up again if they fixed the problems that are going on now because its an amizingly fun addictive game!

First off. The patch hasn't come out yet, so don't talk crap about it.
You guys must play a lot of player matches because very little glitch in ranked. If they do they generally get reported and avoided.
For trueskill rating to work, you generally need to use the quick match selection.
Host advantage is still there. I don't like it. So I host. Maybe you should try it too.

What are you talken about eveyone glitches in ranked games.Epic talks about being a user friendly company but dont deliver its been like five months and no patch.

Maybe it's because you're in the Underground gaming zone? Maybe people need to learn how to file complaints and avoid people, too. It hasn't been five months either. Last patch came 2 months ago, give or take a week. The patch was actually rumored to be released early this month, but I don't know. Epic is good at keeping their mouth shut. I'm hoping the reason their taking so long is they're working on getting some servers to help stop bullet lag and end host advantage.

Yeah the glitches are the main flaw of the game, People cheat all the time to get the Boomshot and ext..... and most of the time it drives me away from the game.

i havent seen too many glitches, but its still frustrating nonetheless when somebody is cheating to beat you

I understand what you guys are talking about, but seriously, use the complaint and rep system. That's what they're there for. If you see somebody cheating, file a complaint and avoid them (using the rep system). That means you're less likely to see them again plus if Microsoft is doing their job they'll be investigating and keeping an eye on that account for any more flags, in which case the account will be banned.

i stopped playing because of this stuff, how do you guys not know about host advantage????? ever wonder why the host usually has three times more kills than everyone else? or why when you go toe to toe with the host with sotties, the host ALWAYS wins?! I went back to halo, where at least i can do the glitchs too.... MY BIGGEST complaint, you dont get ranked with people of simular skill level. makes it hard to learn, when you are getting pwned by 12 years olds who play 70 hours a week. I was so excited for this game.....WHAT a LET DOWN!

I personally dont think the complaint system works...seriously I have avoided those cheaters many times and when I get into a ranked match I will see someone I have avoided..im not saying all the time but theres been times when they show up...also as far as the host advantage goes its real...but thats whats expected...if u dont like it host your own game...the glitches still run most of the game esp in ranked...people glitch all the time...I dont mind the weapon slides...but all the other cheating jus sucks balls....

Weapon slide is the most annoying thing eveyone does and i mean eveyone like in war machine at the sniper if someone doesnt do a weapon glitch he,ll get killed trying to get the sniper but they do the glitch and get the kills they dont deserve.Theres a new glitch that someone was doing to me the other day he had like infinte nades.

Yes I agree,the weapon slide is annoying...but if someone is doing it, u and your team can adjust to what he is doing and handle it...so its not much of a problem to me ...its when they use say...the chainsaw glitch...now thats annoying...YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN!

Yeah the chainsaw glitch is pretty annoying and i hate when people say glitchs are part of the game.

i hate glitches, but i usually just boot the players that glitch, and give em bad rep, i never see em after that, but some glitches are harmless and fun to do

I don't know how to purposefully do the glitches, they just sometimes happen and people will complain.

Anyways, if the avoiding system doesn't work, file complaints. Both systems work perfectly for me. So maybe it's because of your trueskill rating? Or maybe the time you go on? I don't know.

Yeah the glitches suck....Its cool to do them in a player match but I hate when I get into a ranked game and the three people on my team are all trying to do sum bull**** glitch...epic really needs to fix these problems...I know they see all the videos of glitches and I know they most likely played against sum people that glitch...like I said before I rather have them work on fixing these issues,then make me sum new maps....
