Posts: 371   |  Overlord corruption level **SPOILERS** For those of you playing through Overlord, I have a question. I am playing through my first game as "good". I have done well so far to keep 0% corruption, but after I defeated Goldo and was faced with the decision of taking the gold or saving the Elves, I swept my minions (50) over to the wheel to turn it, but some went over to the gold and apparently I took the gold before I could save the Elves. I now have 10% corruption. I just arrived in the Ruborian desert and was wondering if It was too late in the game for 0%. I have three heros left...will that be enough to lover it to 0% or is there something else I can do to help? Thanks.

Posts: 2,523  | ok.. simple math.. if you have 10% corruption, adding a good deed will lower your corruption (possibly unless thats already figured into your corruption level), but you will never reach zero again. It isnt possible. Me, im going for 100% corruption  i think i messed up in the beginning, but we'll see in the end. |

Posts: 371 | Well, I finished the game...sadly with 6% corruption. that elf thing really screwed me up  . The only good deed after that was returning the Mother Goddess statue...and that only lowered it 4%. I guess I'll use my leftover time in this game to locate all the tower objects...then I'll replay it for 100% corruption

Posts: 371 | yup...sorry. The Wizard is the last fight.....but it has an interesting ending. Watch the credits and you will be able to continue playing your game, but if you go into the lower part of your tower again (by the tower heart), you will figh the Wizard again....or so I've heard. I plan on using this spare time to aquire the rest of my tower objects....before I start a new game.

Posts: 2,523 | yep, on the wizard now. kinda weird, i died becuz i didnt have enough greenies to get him at the last part where he does the tornado crap, and i respawned back in the tower and everything was "normal" in the tower like nothing happend.. hehe. oh well.. time to go farm a few hundred critters.. maybe do some more powerup-ing while im at it. Wish there was a magic regen!!! i got all the tower stuff. does the nice chick get all hot n horney too when u upgrade ur tower? man the evil chick cant get enough of my codpiece!! haha |
