I am not much of a racing or car guy. But is Forza 2 worth getting? I like the idea of painting up a car, just wouldnt know what to ad to make it handle well or increase wind velocity or other car lingo stuff. Is it easy for a newbie to cars to work with?

It's not complicated and the game is certainly great. Like I state in the podcast we'll have out soon, the game is addictive and the gameplay is there, but I still am not impressed by the graphics.

Jrey, if you don't like racing games, you probably won't like FM2. If you like driving games and ultra-realistics physics, then you might like it afterall. You can get as technical as you want tuning your rides. The default settings work well, but if you want to adapt the car to your style, you'll want to change out parts, adjust camber, toe, gear ratios, etc. I strongly suggest you rent it first, but race sim fans will be OK with going for a purchase.

I'll be posting my own pics, hopefully this weekend. I promise they will be unique and distinct from anything else you've seen.

No Scotracer, I wish. I'm just being a pretend race driver on a pretend team. And it's not released yet, but the 2007 207 is in the game. First car I got.

Started in EU for the region. It's pretty quick to unlock cars and start making some good money.

I think I'll be starting in EU aswell...just because that's where I started on Forza 1. I might go Asia though, because I love me some iVTEC action

Here's my hooptie West Virginia style ride. I wish there was a matte color for the primer, but you get the idea. Had a great idea for a bumper sticker, but I had no room to work. Hooptie rust bucket FTW!

Anyway lads, if you're going to post pictures in here, can you post them as Attachments like Karma? This would help me alot as the larger images (anything above 800x600 really) stop me having access to the Thread options as for some reason it doesn't resize the Forum width bar

JRey - Don't worry about that stuff. It's a videogame. Don't let these overexcited racing gamers "lingo" you away from playing. If it looks good to you, try it out man! You might end up liking it, and maybe learning some stuff about cars... if you wish. Me, i'll just play. Forget the "l33t R3Al1St!c PhYs1cz", who cares!!
