NBA 2k8 What will be new?

Just wondering if anyone has heard any rumors of the up and coming NBA 2k8 . Any changes being made.. Or your opinions on what could make the game alot better! Maybe A allstar weekend...More game modes!.. better dunks etc. And obviously the graphic could be better!...But like i said still #1 basketball game on the game console! Just need better visual and more explosive moves to the basket from allstar players!

Not sure what they are going to add. Just hopefully customization, even more polished graphics, more animations and moves, and just more realism. Live 08 still won't catch up.

If they totally steal the Live '08 presentation (graphics), add in the all-star mode and keep their animation and gameplay just the way it is, they will kill every basketball contender out there.

I hope they add more emotions to the players and coaches. I'll also like to see the referees give techs which would come in to play with all the emotions ex. if a player gets fouled hard and there no call he yells at the refs now that would make it feel more real to me.

Yeah like give an option either to be cool. or argue the call with the ref. that would be kool. i just hope better polished graphic and more explosive dunkin from the post like dwight howard and shaq..

they should bring back the dunking\ 3point contest those features were sweet, along with the one on one.

Anyone seen the vids for NCAA 08? The trading, and recruiting system is crazy! You can call their players parents, take them to dinner, see their grades, etc. I mean, over the top! I'm definately buying NCAA 08, it's depth has been brought to the front unlike any of the passed games before it. Just like in real life, recruiting situations impacts your roster & team.

In relation to this topic: I would presume EA is going to go that route with all their major sporting games that come out now. I could be wrong, seeing as in NCAA football recruiting IS a big deal. But if they put that much detail into building a solid football team/game, I would imagine they would do the same for their other games.

You don't have to use all these special recruitment tactics, it's just for the hardcore college football players.
