Is Forza 2 the top tier AAA title everyone says it is?

I was thinking of getting it, but was wondering if it lives uo to what people are saying about it? Is it a top tier, PS3 fan jealousy inducing, AAA Title for the 360?

I was comparing it to gran turismo 4 on the PS2 and compared to that i didnt like it so i wont be buying it. i'll stick to my gran turismo

Lets just say there is alot to do and will keep you busy for a very long time if you enjoy close to sim racing. Wouldnt quite call it a sim but it is close enough. Long lasting fun for sure.
