Well I'm glad I volunteered for this service! And I'm glad that members can "feel free" to ask me!

And Remix:

It is hard to be completely sure of the depth/mass of the core of our earth. It was done by using seismic energy waves to estimate the density and therefore the thickness and material that our core is made up of...(gotta love Discovery channel!).

For all we know, it may not be spherical but it has been noted to range from a depth of 5150–6360 kilometres beneath the earths crust. This range could be down to a non-spherical shape of the core itself, the varying thickness of the earth's crust or just the inaccuracy of the readings over such large distances through non-homogenious materials.

The earths mantle is also up for discussion but I can say that the Inner core is probably less than half the thickness of the mantle.

The moon is actually the size of your average beach ball. That's why it looks so far away, it's just really small. It is made of cheese and I believe after much deliberation it is Wensleydale.

Gaz isn't retarded, he has just drunk too many Pepsi-Coke fusions. He needs to lay off them. "Eurolibbies" or whatever you call them are the real people in this world, you need to open your eyes.

Sorry if that was a little analytical...I've been writing lab reports all day!

If you want to go by "thickness" of material, i would dare say the core may equal the mantle in density. The core is the way it is because the pressure is so intense it has liquified the metals and other substances into magma. That intensity would lead me to beleive that its so compact it could quite possibly be the same net weight or greater than the mantle. therefore, its thicker.

The earths mantle is also up for discussion but I can say that the Inner core is probably less than half the thickness of the mantle.

yes, i too love the discovery n science channels. Unless house or heroes is on, im normally watching them.. DorkTV as we call it around the house cant get enough of "how its made" or deadliest catch.

Ive never had this wensleydale. does it taste like swiss? i just love a good melted swiss cheese. what does it go per pound for this mooncheese? If its so close.. then why is it following me. why does it follow you at the same time? Does this prove that the moon really does revolve uranus? If it does, than i want nothing to do with it, as shane has been there!! hehe

gaz was beond retarded before his fusions.. need i remind you of his diet video, picture eating, singer stalking, and other "famous" gaz clips? Those were all there before Fusion Almighty.

Unfortunatly, im all to aware of the Eurolibby's presence in the world. I just dont understand the state of dissolusion and confusion libbies must be in to cling into self distructive ideas the way they do.

Well shane if you spent more time in the SB being part of the community you would get the point of this thread. It's not our fault you're out of the loop.
