Default FM2 Best/Favourite car PER CLASS

So as many of you know, it is crucial to choose the right car for each class... the ratio of choosing either a higher number factory model, Vs. choosing perhaps an older less powered car with a lower number for customizing, is one of the coolest aspects of strategy in Forza... So I decided to share and also learn from you guys, wich in your opinion is the best package for each class?

I play Europe Region and my philosophy is buying as LITTLE cars as I can... I've just bought maybe 2 or 3 cars I try using what they give me first:

For Pro tournament D class car I chose:
1992 Golf GTI MK2... with racing tires, the most weight reduction, racing transmition (so I can change gearing, this is crucial for underpowered cars)... all in all small upgrades that bumped it to a D399. (400 is a C)

For Pro tournament C class:
I chose 1995 Toms MR2 that was given as a prize (can't remember the championship)... this was a tough one, beacuse the car got right at the limit, without adding much else... including no transmition, wich was tough on some circuits where I lacked either acceleration or top speed... I managed to get all wins though, but it was tougher.

For Pro tournament B class :
I find two cars here wich are great... the VIS Acura and also Wings West Civic... although I won this before the C or D, I know there must be some other great options

For pro tournament A Class:
Haven't decided yet... I have many to choose I'll look into them tomorrow.

For pro tournament S class :
The Nissan R390... a few little things and it's ready... it is quite capable of cruising stable at 170+ out of the box... I am doing great with it for now (have 2 races left there).

So what are your thoughts?... how about the R's?

D Class: 92' Golf GTI MK2 but I don't play D a lot.
C Class: I'm yet to make a C class car
B Class: Peugot RC
A Class: Peugot Super
S Class: Porsche GT3
R4: I don't do R4 much but the Cadillac is pretty good
R3: Risi Competizione F430! Also the Flying Lizard GT3, and BMW M3 GTR
R2: Ferrari Maranellos, Corvette C6R
R1: Ferrari F333 SP, Audi #8

Well I only Play D when I have a championship that requires it... those slow cars mess up the technique!

I forgot to mention that the best B so far that I've tried is Mazda's AB FLUG RX7.

R3 I like the TT... it's nasty and on Nurbrring it just screams past the long winding curves.

R2's I haven't tried many
R1 is Audi!
