Lol I bought my Xbox 360 at exactly 8:45pm Thursday June 28th, 2007. After playing it for 3 hours i went on my computer and read way too much red rings stuff and I'm now taking It back to the store for my money back. The store opens are 10am. Thanks for warning me, I don't wanna go thru that red ring ordeal.

The only a few people have problems, and they are the ones that post to the forums. The vast majority of people, including myself, have never had an issue whatsoever. Seems to me you'll believe anything you read. Your thought process is a mystery to me.

I still have the original 360. Meaning I got it the day it was released and I have never had issues with mine. I have seen the red light once and that was during a thunderstorm and the electricity flickered on and off. That was 3 days ago. Go get another one!!! Thats crazy man!

I got the red lights just 5 months after purchase. Its still under warranty so free shipping box from microsoft. I lose like a 3 weeks of gaming, so what. The good of the system out ways the bad with the red lights. And i heard on here that they are fixing peoples red light issue with a additional cool unit. If true should fix future red light problems.

Go back and get your 360 back!! Trust us, you wont regret it. Especially with the games coming out this Fall.

my first one fried in 11 days.... quick easy replacement at the store but my 150 hours on Oblivion was lost..... my 2nd 360 lasted 6 months.... THE BEST 6 months of my life on console gaming.. then it crashed to red lights... 2 weeks in warranty repairs...4 months fine. now the drive is frying out unable to read so i'm awaiting another warranty shipping box.
