Posts: 14     |  customizing gamertags pics? how do you upload pics for your gamertags.i got my live background customized but i cant change my gamertag pic and i know its possible because i seen other tags that are not in marketplace, so where do i go? mtfbwy

Posts: 3,238  |  The gamertag pic made with the cam will only be visible to gamers on your friends list. The gamerpic in my sig below is the one the general public sees, but is not the same as the one Shane sees (yeah, I had a moment of weakness and added him, what can I say?) Some games give you gamerpics that are separate from the ones in the marketplace. That's probably what you're seeing.
