Fuk this! I need a drink... | Dude, you are such a douche. Just wait for your 360 and it'll come back whenever it's supposed to. And you can play whatever the hell you play for as long as you want.
I never had the 3 rings of death and had to wait for my 360 to be back in my arms, but i'm sure i could think of lots of things to do to replace playing my xbox. Shiit happens.
I'm not flaming you, i'm just tired of all these people crying because their 360 is being fixed and they can't wait for it to come back.

But how the fuk you gonna be mad at people for complaining about their broken xbox when you can't even relate in the first place! Yeah...that right, Mr.$hit Happens, Mr. Doing other things, blah blah blah >.< This is one of my other things to do right now, and I feel like biatching!
You see the title of the thread, its pretty clear and self explanatory, "I miss my Xbox 360". So common sense will tell you that there will probably be a lot of bitching, moaning, and complaining. If you don't like...go to another thread! Its that simple! Douche Bag! >.<
But no, I'm not flaming you, I'm just tired of people who cherry pick and biatch at other members trying to be cool, trying to create drama, trying to impress joel and jake in hopes to get a shout out or mention on the Podcast. |

Posts: 2,344 | Sorry about that dude. To me it just looked like you were over-reacting with losing your xbox. I just got a little egdy.I've come across so many threads like this, sorry i had to take it out on you. I dont know how it feels to lose your 360 for 4-6 weeks so i'm the one to blame.
Peace.

Peace. | Its all good, nothing personal. But you are right, I was overreacting. Its not the end of the world of course, but it is frustrating when you drop $400 bucks on a box that dies. It sucks when you come home after a long day at work (or school for kids) looking forward to playing your console and it doesn't work. As you can see from all the rating and raving, its not a good feeling...
But the good thing is that Microsoft extended the warranty so there is nothing to worry about. And speaking of which, I spoke to my friend today who's xbox died a couple of weeks ago. He sent it in for repairs and Microsoft sent him a brand new Xbox...with the HDMI port! It only took him a 2 weeks to receive the new one and I hope it will be the same for my situation.
Sorry for coming at you hard in my prior post. Ultimately, Billy G is to blame! Now if you'll excuse me, the next episode of Dr. Phil is about to come on and I can't be late! lol. |

Posts: 2,344 | Yea, I was psyched to hear that Microsoft was extending the warranty, because my 360 hasn't died for exactly a year and i was afraid the warranty might run out and then one day later my 360 would crash. 3 years was a hard decision though. Well, I guess MS will do anything to make the PS3 suffer.

Posts: 332 | After biatching, moaning, complaining, blaming everyone for my problems, and umm.... quiffing (unofficial PX360 Podcast word of the day), I finally received my Xbox 360! Now that I am in a peaceful state of mind, you can place the blame on me like Akon. Sorry for all the quiffs! Sometimes you gotta air it out! Ya Digg?
Anyway, I do have some concerns about my replacement. To start off, my broken Xbox 360 was manufactured in September 2006. The replacement I received today was manufactured in April 2006. Ummm... I don't know about you guys but for some strange reason, I feel somewhat uncomfortable right now, mainly because this replacement is five months older than my original. I tried to call Xbox to question them but sadly, Hawaii's time difference was not in my favor and they were closed. Now, I could assume that this replacement 360 was refurbished with the new heat syncs or whatever correction...but given Billy's track record, makes me wonder. Billy just recently got busted for force updating Windows XP/Vista computers without consent but thats another story….
My friend just recently received a newer 360 with the HDMI port as a replacement! And just my luck, I get the short end of the stick, a brand new refurbished older 360! (**Quiff!** Oh, sorry!) However, I didn't see anything regarding problems with any recent replacements so thats good.
To be fair despite my pessimistic attitude towards Billy, the console is still in the plastic, and I have yet to open it. My red flag just naturally rose because of the older manufacturing date. Has anyone tried to contact Xbox Support about this or a similar concern? I'll try to call again tomorrow morning.
Finally on a more positive note, it only took exactly 2 weeks to receive my replacement! And the most important thing of all, it arrived just in time for Halo 3. Billy definitely came through with the quick delivery, which I am thankful for.
Edit: I also got a free month of Xbox Live with the replacement. Not that big of a deal, but it was nice of Microsoft to include it.
