Accessive load states

OK here's the deal........... when i play in pal 50 the game slows down and continuously states "loading area" when walking outdoors it also happens in pal 60 but not as much

Anybody else have the same problem and what should i do All the other games work great. It's really annoying trying to wonder around when the game continuously loads crap. I've also experienced some freezing in load screens.
The XB itself doesn't state a problem at all . WTF

Are there any updates to the game available

Did you try to clear your cache.

Nope, you have to play with PAL-60, otherwise it will keep screwing up.

restart the xbox 360 and immediately hold down the a button. Once you see the bethesda logo its safe to release the A button.
