Sometimes I hate online play.

How many times do we have to hear a group of white southeners drop the N bomb on people. People dropping F bombs arguing about stuff that is meaningless outside the XBOX world. Nothing like a guy in Maine telling a guy in Arizone he's going to go out there and kick his a@@. I wish they had more moderators. My daugter at times has wanted to listen to people talk during online play but there is no way in hell I'd let her listen to that cr@p. Trust me, I trash talk with the best of them, but I know the limits of trash talk.

Cr@p? Yeah that's why I don't Live game unless the majority are friends. Talk is cheap and these pre-teens and high schoolers (no offense to any high schoolers out there) jibber jabber like they have game but for the most part they are cowards hiding behind hundreds of miles of broadband and a ****ty MS mic.

I'd have to agree. Just recently I got every word in the book thrown at me by some kid that hated European cars. It was a U class race in FM2 and I had a CLK GTR. He cussed me out because I guess Europeans know nothing of cars then booted me. I'd give up a pretty penny to find some people in a back alley.

ah, nothing like the autonomy of the interweb to let idiots act like idiots and more.
said it before, i'll say it again, online pc gaming was never as bad as xboxlive. i would attribute it to the fact most people can't type fast enough or correctly to really trash talk. you can't effectively trash talk spelling everything wrong...though a lot of people tried. but then you can remind them they are retards that can't spell or use proper syntax.
with a mic in your mouth, it all changes, then you can say whatever pops into your pea brain first and spew it out to everyone. there isn't any thinking, as there is when you have to type (sometimes you can reconsider as you type).
how much red tape is involved in trying to get someone busted for talking crap, anyway?

That's why LAN parties are the greatest. Any **** talking goes on you know where the dude is and he can run but he can't hide.

Its a shame there are so many people like that on Xbox Live. Both kids and adults act crazy on there. I filed complaints on a couple of people because they were out of control. Those people know they can't act that way in real life so they come on Live trying to be "Xbox Bullies". If I had kids, I would be reluctant to let them play online. Trash talk is okay but you're right, people need to know the limits.

Like you were told as a child, don't take candy from strangers unless it's a Big Hunk, make sure your friends are the majority whenever playing. People who jibber jabber at the mouth usually leave when outnumbered.

Personally, I keep my mouth shut while playing on Live, and merely listen as the other idiots in the game get into slagging matches with each other. I think its a good thing. It makes me want to kill them more. I swear to God, being called "That prick from the orange team" made me step up my game in Halo the other day. The son of a ***** didnt get another kill for the whole match because I made it my mission to hunt him. He really wasnt happy.

Anyone who cant enjoy the game without talking **** should turn their mic off. Anyone who still cant enjoy it should get the **** off Live. Losers.

I just look for a game that have people that don't use trash talk until I find one. Which does take a while, but the people that re on my friends list are just people that were hosting a match that I joined, after the match just sent me a friend request. Only one of my friends have a 360 and his power chord blew, so he ordered a new one and is waiting for it, and the rest of my friends play a wii, which I hate, it's like the kind of **** you see on the sidewalks. But to stay on topic, if after a good while i can't find a match with sensible people I just turn off my mic. It works most of the time for me. Online play has just gotten out of hand now...

Yea, I hate it when people do that. When you hear somebody start singing badly, you start thinking to yourself, "****!!!!, how the **** do I get out of this match"???!!!. Now I know how angry german kid feels
