Which Halo game is your favorite?

I'm gonna have to go with halo 3, even though halo:ce was amazing for those few years, IMO halo 3 is basically an updated halo CE which is why i like it

It's a tough call. How can you fairly compare a classic last gen game to a certified and soon to be classic current gen game. My vote is for Halo CE for one simple reason; The years of LAN parties with a house full of 15 faded friends was by far the greatest time I have ever had playing video games.

The first one gave me a true sense of wonder when playing it. I never liked FPS till I played Halo CE. H3 is surely up there though.

HALO CE!! Halo 3 was great but there wasnt much more to add to the storyline. and as for halo 2: It BLEW.

Halo CE was awesome, Halo 2 was.....well, not..., but I have spent more time with Halo 3. Even though it didn't add much to the story, the gameplay is great. Between the MP and Co-Op story, I see many more hours of use.

I prefer Halo 2, but don't get me wrong halo ce was a brilliant game it had all the right ingredients to make it one of the best fps on the orginal xbox. However i found halo 2 advanced on that and i found it to be a more enjoyable game.

The Halo series is now like the Godfather and Alien movie series. The second one was the best. Remember Hudson?-"Game over man, game over!"

And, it's also like The Matrix, meaning before letting the plot become so confusing they should've stopped after the first one. For some reason I can't get that one level from Halo2 out of my head. Ya' know, the one when driving the tank down that highway, killing banshees, and facing that huge monster? That was nicely done. H3 didn't have the same epic feel. Seeing the Scarab for the first time was cool, but not as cool as that highway battle in 2.

Ya i liked Halo 2 better because they interduced tons of new things and now halo 3 its just new missions basicly nothing new.And wtf now elites our on our team? Bs..

The elites and arbitar are still an enemy if TTK has anything to do with it....

The original Halo FTW. Halo 2/3 campaign was poor/short IMO, however i did find them a lot more fun online.

I was in awe of halo when I first played it. Bought and traded in Halo 2 and as far as Halo 3 goes, it'sthe best video game I have ever played.

truthishly, ive only played parts of halo ce and halo 2, so far im liking halo ce better, im sure thatll change once i get halo 3.
