How to get new armor...

Does anyone know what is takes to get the different types of armor or the locations of the skulls through out the campaign. I have heard many different things from people and haven't finished the campaign on Heroic cause of my addiction to multiplayer, so if anyone could help me out that would be awesome!

Thanks for the smart ass remark, but I actually have googled it and I only come up with the descriptions of the armor not how to unlock each piece.

Hayubasa helmet or whatever its called is unlocked by getting ALL skulls, gold and silver. Security Helmet and Katana body is unlocked by 1000/1000 gamerscore for the game.
