If it werent for xbox live i would just keep my gamecube. of course there are other reasons for buying the 360, but xbox live is the best part. you have to have it (if you have the extra $$$) but what i do is ask for a 12 month subscription card for christmas and the your xbox live is paid for.

I love Live I play more online on games then the single player missions, And there is always a game to play online always people on live playing. Live is one of the reasons I got the xbox not the only reasons, but one of the biggest reasons, so I say also if you can afford it get xbox live you won't be dissapointed IMO.

The Xbox is pretty decent by itself, but if you get Live... Trust me, the experience is amazing.

I had live actually for about 2 months and I didn't play online much at all. But later on I rented Ghost Recon 2 back in march, played the single player campaign for awhile and it was alright. I went online with it the next day and had a BLAST! I met a bunch of these guys and we all did an online CO-OP session for like 6 or 7 hours. It was too much fun! I only wish I bought the game.

The best part is the voice chat. No more typing! Although you can send text message in some games if you really want to.

Xbox Live is really awesome dude. I just can't wait for the 360's Live!

let me just say this, live is the best and u really should get it because if you don't u r gonna miss out on a lot of fun features like: vid. chat, tournies, spectating, talking with friends, of course playing games online period and a bunch of other stuff i forgot about.
