Had my 360 about 3 months and now it does not do anything.
3 red flashing lights. no picture, no nothing. I pulled HD off and turned on, I put it back on and nothing. Power supply is fine, not overheated. What do I do besides return it and get PS3

you should have the 1 year warranty still on it so by all means, DO NOT get a ps3, just trade it in and get another 360, the next one you get should be fine

Call 1-800-4MYXBOX. You have a 3 year warranty. By the time your warranty expires, PS3 may have a game or two worth playing.

yeah i would rather have 5 broken 360's than 1 ps3 at the moment.
