The green, blue, red supplies the HD TV signal. Make sure the switch is on "HD". You'll find it where it connects to the 360. The yellow should not be plugged into anything.

If you have the composite leads with green, blue, red, those are the ones that will plug into your HDTV. The jacks on the TV should be color coded as well. Red/white is for audio, and the yellow for SDTV's, so you don't want to use that one.

Your HDTV doesn't support composite? That's strange, but it would seem that you'll need to get a VGA or HDMI cable for your Xbox 360. You'll have to suffer with SD in the meantime.
