Who thinks EA should go back to the button controls.I'm interested in the Right stick shooters.

Using the buttons became so boring and unrealistic, the joystick ads a new depth to the nhl games and it makes so much more fun and it makes you feel more in control.

The prefer the new controls, but you can always change the control setup in the options screen in 07 (I think 08 too, but I really didn't look into it).

i found it hard to change to the stick controller but it does work really well. Its not really an issue though since you can change back to classic "button" style controls anyway?

I change it to classic for passing and what not but still use the stick for shooting cause its more accurate.

I found it hard to switch from the button controls but when you get used to it, you should feel more in control.

What helped me was picking one camera angle that i prefer.

then go to settings and lock that camera direction into position.

so when you use your skill stick its in a default direction.
