The games I'm most looking forward to are:

Star Wars: Force Unleashed and Alone in the Dark.

RE5 is a must buy but it's an 09 release

yeah the poll options only cover about half of the games that are highly anticipated, why is that?

Because th OP was back in December and at that time most were unsure of exact release dates or if many of the games would see the light of 2008.

I think this poll has left off the major game of 2008, Gears of War 2.

Hence my vote went to the other category.

PS Why dont you just set up another poll with more games in it.

And make the other categorys as follows:
Other Racing/Sim
Other Shooters/Adventure
Other RPG
Other Sports.

That way you'll cover the majority of the categories.

god there are so many, RE5, Gears 2, Left 4 Dead, Fallout 3, Fable 2, Force Unleashed, and Halo Wars.

It's not the most abicipated game, but it's still pretty anticipated. Splinter Cell: Conviction.

i always enjoyed timesplitters; many hours of sweet split screen action, and cheesy humour. i see there is a teaser trailer, but nothing about an actual release. and this trailer seems to show absolutely nothing of the game.
