Does anyone know if cod4 is good on live? Is it better than Halo 3

it's fun. as you go up in rank (or gain exp), you can customize your weapons. i haven't been on cod4 live in a long time, though. but it is fun.

personally i think that cod4 is an all round better game than halo, especially in the multiplayer

COD4 is great online but I prefer halo 3. Haven't played the two in a while but I will probably get back on real soon. Either way, both games are great.

Halo 3 gets extremely boring online after a couple of games, simply because theres not a lot of fun matchmaking games....but im surely getting CoD4 for x-mas, so I will hopefully have a better experience with this game, from what I've heard..I will

Same.I'm getting CoD4 for Christmas and hopefully it isn't as boring on live as Halo 3.

COD4 is amazing.

Halo 3 is amazing.

to compare them is idiotic as one is a sci-fi shooter and one is a modern war shooter. They're both amazing in their own ways.

really, just have both, gaming moods change, or at least mine do.

COD 4 multiplayer is like crack. I haven't touched Halo 3 since I got it...which is kinda sad because COD 4 was my first online multiplayer experience so I got spoiled. I tried a few games of Halo 3 multiplayer after playing COD 4 and it pales by comparison. COD 4 makes Halo 3 multiplayer feel like you're in slow-mo. I guess I'll still give Halo 3 multiplayer another try, but I doubt Halo 3 multiplayer will give me any incentive to spend time in H3 instead of COD 4.

try other games, there are games that can compete with cod4, halo was a bad choice because it sucks either way

well theres not that much that can compete up with CoD4 so far, except maybe mass effect which I heard is pretty fun....

Exact same thing happened to me. After playing Cod4, H3 just seems very unintense. Theres way more ways to play in Cod4 too(Sniper, lmg, Assault, Shotty, all the perks, attatchments, challenges and what not and lots of fun game modes and ownage maps) and in H3...you get an assault rifle and perfectly symmetrical lvls, YES!
