Oh, well, I guess that it good news for the Japanese- but do they really care? After 4 years they have bought a stellar 1 million consoles. Nothing noteworthy about it.

I'm just glad Europe will be getting the console before Christmas - we normally miss out by a good few months. At least Microsoft are doing more to please the crowds than it's rivals.

It's certainly going to be a first in console history to have a console released across all regions within a month of the intial launch. Just goes to show all the crap we've been fed over the years by Sony and Nintendo about regional problems when it comes to releasing consoles.

yep, and with this coming out in all regions, that'll become the standard after this gen. other companies who don't do that will get bad pr because it has been shown that it can be done.

It's been the same with MS's recent xbox first party games as well. Halo 2, Forza and Conker were released world wide within weeks of each other. Unlike the other console manufactureres first party games that can be months appart. It certainly seems that MS are reinventing how the industries release stratergy works, which is about time because as a PAL region gamer I'm sick of getting the games so far behind everyone else.
