Good job with that! I'm curious why you would post it on a Wii site. I thought it wasn't coming to Wii.

I cover DS (selectively) too. But "WiiHDs" doesn't have the same ring to it.

The Wii version is supposedly still under consideration, with Sid himself mentioning this week or last that they're still considering it. According to mods on the official 2k forums, if the other versions sell well enough, they might start up Wii development again. I'm not holding my breathe, but it could happen.

Edit: you know, come to think of it, WiiHDs doesn't sound that bad...

There don't appear to be that many fans of the game here, but it should be on shelves tomorrow.

I'll probably have the game before my DS arrives in the mail.

I still see Civ II as the best one so.....seeing Civ Rev come out so weakly is disappointing me greatly

I'm a fan and I'm taking my gift card down to Best Buy to pick it up today. $5000 in credit card points and all I get is a lousy $30 gift card Washington Mutual sucks!

You also get a voucher for free civ rev DLC. =)

Different retailers have different DLC packs that they are offering. You might check out the list before committing to where you buy it.

Too late. I picked it up on my lunch hour. There were instructions for getting a DLC code from the 2K site in the box. I wish I could blow off the rest of the day and check this sucker out.

I'm in a similar boat, but I'll probably have to wait a bit longer than you. I've got the game, but my DS is still navigating the perils of the US Postal system. There are plausible scenarios where I wouldn't get it until August.
