Default X360 Netflix WILL be coming to Europe, but no BD player

No Blu-ray Drive for Xbox 360 - AVReview News and comment

Microsoft has declared (again) that no Blu-ray drive is planned for the Xbox 360. Instead, Microsoft is going to focus energies on developing their partnership with Netflix which will include a 'not too distant future' introduction of the service in Europe. (How fast can the lawyers work?)

Although it seems like a daunting challenge to navigate Europe's tangled web of copyright and licensing red-tape, Microsoft says it is committed.

Av Reviewer says that 'at least disgruntled owners can now head out and buy a decent BD spinner without concern.'

Yeah - it's called a PS3.
