Thoughts? I agree with him 100%, I mean gamespot is ****ing retarded if they thing Kung Fu Panda and Operating Darkness are better games than Too Human....seriously? There goes that site's credibility!

i almost forgot about that. i usually go to every big gaming website on my morning routines. gamespot was never and will never be on that list.

dunno - the video review seemed fairly balanced to me...it's hardly out of whack with the aggregate score which is sitting around 7.5

...and if it's true about that stupid angel sequence everytime you die - I definitely would have rated it the same...that crap pisses me off.

just got the game last night. i don't understand people hating on the graphics... its nothing special but frankly me and my friend thought it looked great. combat feels awful at first... however after 5 minutes it was fluid and i was destroying stuff with advanced combos and wat not. The story is part 1/3 of a class norse myth i believe.. so alls good on that front. i like it so far only played around 2 hours but it seems really fun....

that being said yes everytime you die an angel (valkryie) comes down and pulls you up to heaven and then you are ressed about 100 m back from where you died. It is extremely annoying...the first time i saw it iw as like this is awesome, now i'm like jamming buttons to try and skip it lol. but hardly takes away from the fun of the game. characters are EXTREMELY customizable with the three talent trees. people complain about only 5 classes, well each of those classes has hundreds of different spec opportunities.

all in all i might be disappointed if i had just spent my last dime on this game and now i was eating bread for 3 weeks just to make up for it. but i didn't, and its fun, so rent it if you can... or wait till its at gamestop used for less than 54.99 but its extremely entertaining and fun.

That video was great, thanks for the link endwar! About Gamespot, seriously, did they mistype a 7.5 or 8.5 with a 5.5?? That is almost the dumbest thing I have seen on the internet, and that's saying something!!

I guess sometimes people just go overboard, hell, maybe some dont even play it. Remember IGN's 3.5 for Alone in the Dark? That was just overdoing it

Well GT just gave Too Human a 6.5 - and I DO think that seems an appropriate score.
...and despite what people say about Gamespot, Game Trailers in their own right identified some serious flaws in the game as well.

So the question is: Is it obsessive fanboy attack? Or obsessive fanboy denial???

It's looking more and more as though Too Human is the Xbox 360's 'Haze'

I'll wait for Fallout 3 thanks.

i do still think 6.5 is a bit low. 7.5 is more wat I personally would give it but honestly i don't care about scores lol.

FALLOUT3 will make too human look like those free burger king games. but i feel like fallout 3 is going to do that to a lot of games
