Question about Fable 1 and 2

I am very interested in Fable 2. Do I need to play Fable 1 to get the story since Fable 2 is considered the "true sequel"? I can probably pick up Fable 1 for 5 or 10 bucks so I would do it if I needed to play it to be able to keep up with Fable 2.

That sounds like a good plan, fatso. i had it a bit, and played it for a while. i couldn't get into it, but it seemed pretty good. yeah, like you said, you can get that thing for under 10 bucks easy.

if u get a chance play 1. if not you'll be fine with just picking up 2 i'm sure.

I played 1 a few years ago and it was amazing. Whether it's needed or not, I would play it if I were you.

hey fatso! i hear that fable 1 is amazing anyway so it sounds like a win-win if you're gonna be buying fable 2
