do u guys think halo 3 will be like halo1,halo2 or like a super complicated (not in a bad way) new kinda game. hopefully its a lil bit of all 3

Well, I have a theory. If you've read the Halo books (outstanding, by the way, Eric Nylund and William C. Deitz are great authors) you know that Master Chief discover Dr. Haley and 6 other Spartans below the surface of Reach.

Now, I know this seems farfetched, but what if Halo 3 becomes a squad-based shooter? All the books talk about how teamwork and leadership play a huge role in the Spartan's military success, so maybe, with the Master Chief as their longtime leader, you could lead 6 other Spartans against the Covenant to stop the fall of Earth... just a thought.

The would be rape, espescially if all 7 could be played in co-op.

that could be cool, probally wont happen, new features are cool but it needs to play like halo thats my only real concern

i think the game should utlize more large scale battlefields, preferably outdoor, and even on earth.. alot of gunfire, alot of posibilites, lots of commrades.. i perosnally go sick of little pathways with noone around and the same guys attacking over and over again,

way more destructable enviroment, everything blowing up around you...it needs to have more of the sense that you are saving the world and the world is crashing down

I agree some of the levels on Halo CE were a bit repetitive, even Bungie admitted to that so that they could be ready for launch.

Hope this does not happen again with Halo 3 supposedly coming out same day as PS3.

As long as they spend enough time on this game I won't be disappointed. If it's made in time for their plans then great, but either way I just hope it's not rushed.
