well zoom in on the pic, there is red blood in the door, the gun is a m7 caseless. i doubt this is halo 3

With the way the door is blown in and all the human blood it looks like a DOOM or Quake picture.

No reticle or HUD so we can't tell for sure. Only one gun? Is this what the chief finds when he gets back to earth? I just don't think this is Halo 3.

I don't know but that SMG looks exactly like the one in Halo 2.

Looks way to "Cartoonish" Im expecting HALO3 to go more "Real" not Cellshaded looking like this picture if this is a legit HALO3 screenshoot leaked or not, Microsoft is in trouble... This would pail in comparrision to the Killzone PS3 title..

Probably fake, lets all hope..
