Default Converting 150w to european standards?

I have a U.S. 360 with the 150w power supply. I am moving to Slovenia and would still like to play my xbox. I have researched this thoroughly, but I cannot find any new information regarding to the 150w power supply vs the 175w and the 205w.

I have heard many horror stories of people frying their U.S. xboxs by just installing a European power supply. Can anyone forward me to the information?

Changing things up a bit. My best friend lives there. I am going to live with him for a year. Anyways, i am 100% not all power bricks work as some of them have a different connection into the xbox itself. The new models come to mind.
