Posts: 2 | Windows Media Center Extender Connection Failed Hi,
Sorry for the english mistakes, my english is not so good.
I have a problem with the last step of the connection to Xbox 360 Windows Media Center set up, everything is ok, until the last step when is connecting to the Xbox 360, after 3 minutes waiting, a message say "Extender Connection Failed" "Your extender was set up successfully, but failed to connect to this computer. This issua might be caused by a configuration problem with you firewall".
I already tried many tips and solutions and anything works, two days reading solutions and nothing. I opened many ports in the windows firewall, delete the Certificate, enabled many things of sharing, deleted the WMC set up from my Xbox hard drive, etc...
I can connect to my computer and see my music, videos, pictures by the normal way and used TVersity and everything is fine, the problem is only with the Windows Media Center.
I have Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bits. I´m connecting my Xbox wirelessly with the Microsoft Adapter.
Any other solutions please, I´m out of ideas..
Thank you |
