Posts: 341 | I would say no. The gold was either part of your bundle or not. I saw some bundles that would have 90 days of gold while others would have 1 year. If you pre-ordered your, you will probably need to check what is included.

It is the key difference between them - the inclusion or not of a hard drive, that is central to many of the issues below. As stated above, the Xbox 360 Core System does not have the 20GB hard drive. It simply includes the console, one standard wired controller, a face plate, and a standard AV cable. The Core System retails for US$299. If someone goes to Walmart or Target and is able to get just the premium package without having to get it in a bundle, it might not come with a trial XBox Live Gold.
