As of now if you follow the steps below you are guaranteed to receive a Blur beta code, this will be updated if something changes.

Later this month Activision and developer Bizarre Creations will begin a beta for their upcoming action-racer Blur, and PlanetXbox360.com is lucky enough to have plenty of beta codes to give away; all you have to do to enter is follow the instructions below (very simple). A man in a movie once told me that with great power comes great responsibility, this contest is easy to win but takes a little bit of effort to complete - do so and a Blur beta code will be yours. So we have more than enough Blur beta codes to go around, entries can start now and will run through whenever we run out of codes (which could be a day or two weeks - don't press your luck though as this game is awesome and everyone should try and get their hands on it as soon as possible. Basically if you do what the rules say (here, twitter, and Youtube) you win a Blur BETA code, simple as that! - If the names are the same that's fine, basically if we find you cheated and didn't follow our twitter or subscribe to the YouTube then auto-ban and disqualification from BETA contest, its' not that hard so just follow the rules please.

• If you enter correctly send an e-mail to px360contests@gmail.com with the headline "Blur Beta Code Winner" - make sure to include the username for the news comment, twitter follow, and YouTube subGamingGamingGamingGamingGamingGamingion
• To get in the beta, you will need to take one of the attached codes (from the e-mail we send you above) and enter it at Blur | Home (click here). Blur rocks because Ben Stiller slapped me into the future which is where I seen millions of people playing this very game. I asked various folk what they thought of the game and they said it 'rocks the rooster.' I'm not sure exactly what that means, but the future folk seemed quite pleased with the game. That is indeed why Blur rocks.

Blur is going to take the beautiful graphics, fantastic gameplay & great sound of the PGR series add in a Mashed: Drive to survive feel (PS2 game) and immense 4 player spit screen multiplayer which harks back to the 6bit days to make an epic racing game that will have the rare combination of pick-up & play ease combined with great depth (learning to use the power ups in the right combination & at the right time) with a fantastic multiplayer mode. Bizarre can do no wrong!

I think blur is awesome because- well, its not really that... It's really that there are SO few racing car games these days that there needs to be a new fresh one to bring back the glory days of Gran Turismo on the PS1... ON THE GLORY OF THE X360!!!!!

Blur rocks because it has a fantastic team behind it making sure this will be another triple A title. Not only that, but it's mixing old and new for an explosive combo of fun. The good old stuff like power ups from, for example, Mario Kart, the split-screen many games used to have 10 years ago, with modern features like a fantastic graphics engine, social network features, 20 player GamingGamingGamingGamingGamingGaming racing, which is phenomenal, and the ability to make up your own game modes. In short, you just know Bizarre can pull this off once again.
